: (1) According to Rule 13, the organized organization that has received a permit to operate the securities market shall submit the annual permit fee as per Schedule-2 to the Fee Board within 6 months after the end of each financial year.
(2) An organized organization that has received a license to operate the securities market, which does not submit the annual permit fee within the period specified in sub-rule (1), shall not be allowed to operate the securities market.
